The customer buys a one-time setup of a practical follow-up system.

What is not included

• custom software development
• CRM migration
• paid ads
• appointment setting
• ongoing customer service
• sales calls on behalf of the customer
• guaranteed leads
• guaranteed revenue
• guaranteed customer replies
• legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice

Delivery

Delivery target: 3 business days after the customer submits complete intake information.

Customer intake

After purchase, the customer completes intake questions so the setup can begin. Incomplete intake may delay delivery.

Refund policy

Because this is a service setup, refunds are available only before work begins. Once setup work has started, the payment is not refundable. If AreaNova Group LLC cannot deliver the setup, the customer receives a refund.
