Information collected

If you contact LeadReply, the information you provide may include your name, business name, service type, contact information, and details about your follow-up process.

LeadReply intake form

The LeadReply intake form collects business name, best contact, Gumroad purchase email, business type, service area, messiest lead source, estimated lead volume, access method for lead data, preferred contact channel, fit notes, and optional anonymous case-study permission.

Intake information is used by AreaNova Group LLC only to match intake to a Gumroad order, ask needed delivery questions, build the LeadReply Report, and manage the delivery handoff. Intake submissions may be processed through the hosting, email, and payment tools needed to operate the service.

LeadReply keeps intake information only as long as needed for delivery, support, recordkeeping, and proof-building permissions. Intake material is deleted or archived within 90 days of delivery unless a longer period is required for legal, payment, dispute, or operational records.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, provide setup details, deliver the LeadReply Report service, and communicate about the service.

What not to send

Do not send sensitive account, payment, identity, or customer-private information by email.

Sharing

LeadReply does not sell inquiry information. Information may be shared only as needed to operate email, payment, hosting, or service delivery tools.
