Same-day response checklist
Use this lightweight checklist before a new inquiry becomes an old lead, a forgotten quote, or a mystery in the call log.

Before the end of the business day
- Reply to every qualified call, form, text, email, or direct message.
- Ask one service-specific question instead of sending a generic "How can I help?"
- Capture source, service need, neighborhood, urgency, and next action.
- Give the prospect one path: call window, photo request, appointment window, or quote question.
- Schedule the next follow-up before leaving the thread.

"Send the neighborhood and one photo and I will tell you the fastest next step."
