A useful tracker does not need to be complicated. It needs to tell the owner who to contact, why they matter, and what happens next.

Columns to include
- Lead name or label
- Source: missed call, form, quote, inbox, text, DM, referral
- Lead age
- Service need
- Service area
- Fit score
- Reason this lead matters
- Next action
- Exact script
- Owner
- Status
- Follow-up date
The fit score can be simple. Give one point for right service, right area, recent enough, clear need, and likely job value. Leads with four or five points deserve the first follow-up. Leads with one or two points may only need a polite close-out.
The tracker is not meant to be a perfect database. It is an operating list. If one owner or team member can open it every morning and know the next few calls to make, it is doing its job.
